R.Malcolm Real Estate has been established in the Bayside area since 1962 with 4 offices in Cheltenham, Mentone, Mordialloc and Hampton East. The company is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and specialises in Residential Sales and Property Management, as well as Commercial Sales and Property Management.
Our offices are not franchised and we support many sporting and educational groups within the community. Many of the staff, most of who live locally, are involved in these groups.
The company actively promotes staff training and encourages staff to further their professional skills with Training Seminars, Traineeships and Personal Development courses.

Sales Department
The sales department is headed by our Managing Director Frank Hellier and fellow director Mr Robert Lease both members of the REIV and the REIA. Frank and Bob have both been working with the company for more than 30 years each and have a wealth of knowledge in regard to Real Estate investment in the Bayside area.
Frank is a past president of the REIV and currently a member of the Estate Agents Board.
Our sales staff are a team of professionals dedicated to the Real Estate Industry. They have a comprehensive knowledge of the area, people and dynamics of the suburbs in which they work.
Our aim is to provide our clients with selling and buying services specifically tailored to their needs.
Property Management Department
The Property Management Division is headed by Pauline Tanuvasa. Pauline has extensive experience in Property Management in the Bayside area. She is ably assisted by four staff at our Cheltenham head office and an assistant at each of the branch offices.
Emphasis is placed on tenant selection, maintenance and ongoing management of properties. Regular periodic inspection reports are submitted to landlords to ensure maximization of their investment.
